Rwanda Army Gets New Uniform

Rwanda Defense Forces will start wearing New Uniforms as the country is progressively more having a modern and respected Army regionally as well as on the International arena.

RDF changes Uniform

Rwandan Forces were seen wearing new uniforms on 7th April 2015 at the Gisozi Genocide Memorial Centre where President Kagame was launching the nationwide 21st Genocide commemoration activities.

Speaking to IGIHE, the Army Spokesperson Brig. General Nzabamwita confirmed that its true RDF has changed uniform which is more up to date than the old one.

He added that Rwanda is now able to clothe its soldiers in a modern way.

Rwanda Defense Forces have stopped the 1994 Genocide against Tutsis and fought several wars to defeat Genocide Perpetrators.

Today Rwanda is the sixth biggest Army contributor to the UN Peacekeeping mission.
